We have taken proactive steps to ensure the safety of our employees by increasing our field safety personnel, providing well thought out work processes, innovative training programs, proper tools, equipment and supplies to perform every task, every day safely.

Our safety directors work directly with our crew members to ensure that safety is the foremost priority of our crews. They ask the “What if” questions to help our Foreman and their crews discover the root cause and opportunities for improvement. This involvement ensures the individual ownership needed to make our Safety program a success. Communication between our safety directors allows our corporate safety & training departments to asses any possible trends, produce safety bulletins, and develop training programs.
