Training and education is an essential part to ensure our strong safety culture. Through this continuing process we have developed our Elliot Academy. Operated by experienced and qualified professionals that oversee our training efforts and have created the following programs.

• Powder Actuated Tool, Aerial Lift Device, and other required Certifications facilitated by our Safety Directors.
  
  
• Journeyman Electrician Apprenticeship Training program which is approved by the Department of Labor.
  
  
• The Elliot Academy was created to provide continual supervisory training for our team. This program is based on our goal of leaving a legacy for those to come by training our employees for the future.
