Mr. Kemper joined Davis H. Elliot Company in 1994. He has previously served as Vice President, Business Development before moving into his current position. Before joining Elliot he worked with Wente Construction Company before forming his own company during the 1980s. Mr. Kemper attended Eastern Kentucky University and Central Kentucky VoTech School and obtained his electrical license.
