One of the largest ever constructed by the Elliot.
Elliot Technical Service crews completed the West Garrard 345KV Transmission Station for East Kentucky Power. This switching station is among one of the largest ever constructed by the Elliot Companies. Crews completed this project form the ground up from drilling 149 foundation piers, concrete foundation installation, installation of 13 345kv switches, five 345kv circuit breakers along with the 345kv bus work.
