Vice President - Safety & Training

Mr. Northern has been Vice President of Safety & Training since March 2010 after serving as Director of Administration for a number of years.  He joined Elliot in 1992.  Previously Mr. Northern was a partner with Foti, Flynn, Lowen and Company and worked for R.L. Persinger & Company as a staff accountant. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Major in Accounting.  He is a certified Public Accountant.
