Mr. Poynter has been Division Director since January 2009. Mr. Poynter joined Elliot in 1969 and also served as Groundman, Operator, Foreman, General Transmission Superintendent, Manager of KY Line Department, and Manager of the Transmission Department. He attended classes at the Darden School of Business (University of Virginia).
