Don Adkins Safety and Training Manager 859-361-9956 Mr. Adkins has served as Safety and Training Manager since January 2009. He has completed the Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Certified Loss Control Professional (CLCP) programs. Mr. Adkins joined Elliot in 1999.  Previously Mr. Adkins worked as a journeyman lineman in Transmission and Distribution.
